Project Management Team
Southwest Networks’ Project Management team includes estimators, Registered Communications Distribution Designers, experienced Project Managers and Lead Technicians that design and supervise the installation of our guaranteed network transport systems.
Our customers receive detailed scope of works and comprehensive AutoCAD/Visio documentation and our cabling technicians work around the clock to ensure your project deadlines are met on time.
The Southwest Networks Project Management team provides testing documentation on all cable and fiber optic projects after installation to certify the system implementation.
Service Response Fleet
Southwest Networks also operates a two-man Service Response Fleet with fully-equipped vans and four-hour emergency response time to handle moves, adds and changes to existing systems.
We have multiple service vans ready to handle any emergency and provide a 24-hour, monitored 800 number to ensure our customer’s needs are accommodated promptly.
