The Southwest Networks DIR Cabling Services Support contract DIR-CPO-4784 guarantees special pricing and terms for qualified customers. These customers can save time and money by ordering cabling services through our DIR contract.
Southwest Networks, Inc. provides warranties on all cabling solutions. 

Southwest Networks provides installation services for a variety of cabling solutions. Southwest Networks also offers technical support, cabling systems design and cable removal.

Warranties: Southwest Networks, Inc. provides warranties for all cabling solutions. The warranty period of the system is for the duration of time set forth by the manufacturer, from the date of purchase. Southwest Networks offers additional years of covered warranty that can be purchased.The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Returns/Repairs: Southwest Networks will correct the cabling problem should any cable or connector portion of your network installed, added, moved or changed by a Southwest Networks cabling technician malfunction free of charge for up to one year.

If a DIR customer cancels a sales agreement after the equipment has been ordered from manufacturer, and/or labor has been provided, the portion of the order that was cancelled will be subject to a charge for the equipment and labor.  The DIR customer must contact Southwest Networks in order for a proper credit to be issued for canceled orders.
